Welcome to the website (the “Website”) of Haiti Outreach Ministry, West Bend, WI  This Website is operated by Haiti Outreach Ministry (the “Haiti Mission”). This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) states Haiti Mission’s policy relative to the information, including personal data and other information, collected from visitors to this Website.

When you visit Haiti Outreach Ministry using this Website, the Haiti Mission may collect personal data from you.  The data collected includes the following:
